You can now purchase new and used vans remotely

  • If your business is ramping up to meet increased customer demand or pivoting to a new delivery-based model, we're here to help. Most of our Dealers have a wide range of new and used vans in stock and are offering remote vehicle sales where possible so that you can purchase without making a trip into a showroom. For more information, contact your local Dealer, or, explore our used van stock online.

Workshops are still open and prioritising key sectors

  • All of our Dealer workshops remain open. Our technicians are working around the clock to repair and maintain vital front line and key business vehicles.

    If your business is not defined under the key worker status, you can still book future repair and maintenance appointments in advance online.

Extended MOT hours for cars and vans of key workers

  • Many of our commercial Dealer sites are extending the opening hours of their MOT test bays to accommodate any key worker that wishes to ensure their personal vehicle, whether it is a car or van, remains safe and roadworthy at a time that suits their shift patterns. Please contact your local Dealer to discuss further.

FREE Visual Health Check – any make, any model* 

Whether your van has been sitting idle for long periods, or you’ve been putting in extra miles over the past months, our FREE Visual Health Check will ensure your van is safe and roadworthy. It’s a quick 15-minute visual inspection of 28 critical maintenance points around your vehicle, spotting issues before they become a problem to reduce unexpected downtime, repair bills or DVLA fines.

Overdue service extension

If you’re unable to attend a service appointment, a temporary revised limit for overdue services has been implemented. The limit has increased to 180 days or mileage interval exceeded by 20% (previously 90 days/mileage interval exceeded by 10%), whichever comes soonest. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Dealer.

Extended ServiceCare plans and warranty claim period

If you have a ServiceCare plan but are unable to have your service completed at the scheduled time or until after the expiry, we will honour the plan providing it’s either paid in full or the Direct Debit continues until fully paid.

If you can’t take your van to a Mercedes-Benz Vans Dealer for a warrantable repair within the three-year manufacturers’ warranty period, we’ll accept the claim up to three months after the expiry of the warranty, as long as you reported the fault to a Dealer or the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centre (CAC) within the warranty period.
