Based on the VIN number you enter in the ReOrder tool, we will identify the features of your current vehicle and determine a successor model which is the closest match. However, certain features may no longer be available. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives that closely resemble the features of your current vehicle.

If you have entered the VIN and receive an error message, this could be due to the one of the following reasons:

Typographical error:
Ensure the VIN number you have entered is correct.

VIN from another manufacturer:
Only models from Mercedes-Benz Vans can be used in our ReOrder tool. These include Sprinter Panel Van, Sprinter Chassis, eSprinter, Vito Panel Van, eVito, Vito Tourer, Citan Panel Van and eCitan Panel Van.

VIN too old:
Your vehicle must be less than 10 years old to identify an appropriate successor model. If your model is older, you can configure a new model in our Van Online Configurator or contact your local Mercedes-Benz Dealer to find a suitable van for you.

Successor configuration not available:
In rare cases, a successor configuration may not be available. In this case, please try again later or visit our Van Online Configurator.
