The Mercedes-Benz Vans Online Showroom offers you access to all commercial van stock available across the United Kingdom.
You will find specific information about the van in the detailed view of each vehicle listing. In addition to pricing, equipment highlights, technical data, and all standard and optional equipment information is displayed.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for, simply click on the ‘Make an enquiry’ button on the vehicle listing page. This will ask you to complete and submit a short contact form - your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer will then get in touch to discuss any questions you may have.
Alternatively, you can chat online with one of our team via LiveChat – simply click on the black and white speech bubble icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. Our LiveChat team are available from 9:00am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

The range of vans available on the Mercedes-Benz Vans Online Showroom is regularly changing, due to a variety of factors including stock availability. If your desired vehicle is not currently available, you can chat online with one of our team via LiveChat – simply click on the black and white speech bubble icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. Our LiveChat team are available from 9:00am - 7:30pm Monday -Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. You can also raise a query with our team using this form, or speak to your local Dealer.

Yes, you can test drive a vehicle by visiting one of our Mercedes-Benz Dealers. We recommend booking your test drive by contacting your preferred Dealer.
Yes, we have a dedicated section for Approved Used van stock from our nationwide Dealer network. View available stock today and click on ‘More details’ on each vehicle listing to see more information. Once you’ve found the right van for you, just click on ‘Make an enquiry’ and complete the requested details. A Mercedes-Benz Dealer will be in touch to guide you through next steps and finalising the purchase.
Information on the right of return.
If you have paid a vehicle deposit, your van will be reserved for 7 calendar days from the payment date. If your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer is unable to contact you within those 7 calendar days to finalise your order details, we will refund the vehicle deposit and the van will no longer be reserved for you.
Once the Contract of Sale has been sent to you, if you do not sign and return this within 14 days of receiving this document, we will also refund the vehicle deposit and any van listed on your Contract of Sale will no longer be reserved for you. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions, your Contract of Sale, or contact your preferred Mercedes-Benz Dealer.

You can order a van in the way that suits you; via our Online Showroom or at an authorised Mercedes-Benz Vans Dealer.

The online ordering process is a simple way to purchase your new Mercedes-Benz van, anywhere and anytime.
The vehicle reservation process for new vans works as follows:
1. Vehicle selection
Explore the range of available vehicles and select your desired Mercedes-Benz van.
2. Make a vehicle deposit
Once you have decided on the van you want, click the “Make a vehicle deposit” button to
start the checkout process to secure your Mercedes-Benz van.
3. Select your preferred Mercedes-Benz Dealer
If purchasing a van from nationwide stock, you will need to select your preferred Dealer for collection or delivery. If purchasing from Dealer stock, you also may be able to select alternative Dealer locations from within the same Dealer group for collection or delivery.
4. Add optional extras to your van
Choose from a list of popular optional extras to ensure your van is ready to work from day one. These include insurance cover, ServiceCare, mud flaps and floor mats, and a home or workplace charger if you’re purchasing an electric van. Your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer will then call you discuss full details and pricing once your vehicle deposit is paid.
5. Login or register
Login with your Mercedes me ID or register to proceed with the vehicle reservation. You can also continue as a guest and follow the necessary steps.
6. Enter your billing details
Ensure you have entered all the required information for your billing address and contact details.
7. Select your preferred payment method
Choose your preferred payment method from the following options:
i) Cash:
Use your personal funds or third-party services to pay the final invoice. Your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer will contact you to clarify the terms of payment.
ii) Mercedes-Benz Finance:
Use Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK Ltd to finance the vehicle. A finance calculator will appear in a popup window for you to choose the type of finance and terms you require.
You will also be asked how you would like to pay the vehicle deposit. This can be paid by either credit card or PayPal.
8. Select your delivery preference
Choose whether you would like to have your new van delivered to a home or business premises address, or if you would like to collect it from your preferred Mercedes-Benz Dealer.
9. Check all details and complete vehicle reservation
Before completing the reservation of your new Mercedes-Benz van, confirm all details including your personal information is correct, and amend anything if necessary. Please also read the relevant terms and conditions and check the boxes if you agree to these.
Click on the "Place vehicle deposit now" button to complete vehicle deposit payment and reserve your new van. The vehicle deposit payment will secure your order today and full payment will be required prior to delivery.
10. Order confirmation
Once your order is placed and the vehicle deposit is paid, we will send the order confirmation to you via email.
The vehicle reservation process for Approved Used vans works as follows:
1. Vehicle selection
Explore the range of available vehicles and select your desired Mercedes-Benz Approved Used van.
2. Make an enquiry
Once you have decided on the van you want, click the “Make an enquiry” button and fill in the enquiry form.
3. Finalise with a Dealer
A Mercedes-Benz Dealer will be in touch to guide you through next steps and finalising the order.
By completing the vehicle reservation process for a new van in the Mercedes-Benz Vans Online Showroom, you are making a legally binding offer to your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer to conclude a contract with them. The contract for the vehicle reservation is only concluded once you have signed and returned the Contract of Sale within 14 days of receiving the document.
Making an enquiry on a new or Approved Used van is not legally binding.
Your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer will contact you within 3 days to discuss the vehicle displayed in the online order form and any variations to the options, accessories and specifications available. Please note that if your selected Dealer is unable to contact you within 7 calendar days from the payment date of the vehicle deposit, your deposit will be refunded and the vehicle reservation will be cancelled.
Yes, you can purchase your desired van online as a business customer. Please enter your company name and company number in the new van reservation process.
If making an enquiry on a new or used van, please tick the ‘Business Customer’ checkbox on the enquiry form and complete the additional company name and company number fields.
You will receive an order confirmation email from us with details of your order. If you require further information, you can contact your Mercedes-Benz Dealer.
Information on order change and cancellation.
Changes to your order may be possible, depending on the timing of your request. Please contact your Mercedes-Benz Dealer as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of changing your order.
The deposit is refundable in the event that:
a) Your Mercedes-Benz Dealer is unable to contact you within 7 calendar days of the vehicle deposit payment being made;
b) You do not sign and return the Contract of Sale within 14 calendar days of receiving it;
c) You do not pass identity verification processes; or
d) Your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer or Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd is for some reason unable to supply the vehicle and any associated products and services to you.
Information on online purchasing and payment.
Yes, you can begin the process online when purchasing a new van. When selecting the vehicle to purchase via the Mercedes-Benz Vans Online Showroom, simply select Mercedes-Benz Finance as the payment method. A finance calculator will be available for you to tailor your finance package.

With the Mercedes-Benz Finance Portal, you can manage your agreement with ease, any time that suits you. Simply login to view your documents, edit your contact details, make changes to your bank details or monthly payment date. You can also make payments and request or pay an early settlement quotation, if your contract type allows.
Currently, we cannot facilitate online insurance purchases. Please contact your preferred Mercedes-Benz Dealer to discuss purchasing insurance.

Once your order has been processed, your preferred delivering Dealer will provide you with an estimated delivery date. This date is indicative only and is subject to change for various reasons. Your selected Dealer can provide further updates regarding your vehicle delivery date.
After completing the reservation process, your preferred Mercedes-Benz delivering Dealer will clarify the relevant details with you.
No, you can select any Mercedes-Benz Dealer to deliver your van.
Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Collection.
You will receive all the information about which documents you need to show in good time before you pick up the vehicle. Your selected Mercedes-Benz Dealer will handle the registration if you wish and discuss all the details with you.
Warranty and service.
Yes! Every new Mercedes-Benz van sold through our network also comes with a comprehensive three-year warranty. You can find out more on our Warranties page.
For Approved Used vans, you’ll receive a minumum 12-month warranty as standard.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to place an online order for extra special equipment for your chosen vehicle. If you would like to purchase a vehicle with additional equipment, you can speak to your preferred Dealer.
Once your online van order is confirmed, your Mercedes-Benz Dealer will contact you to go through the contract of sale and discuss whether you would like to add accessories, which may be fitted (if required) prior to delivery or collection.
Yes, you can request to purchase a ServiceCare Maintenance service plan as part of the online purchase process for new vans.
