The Mercedes-Benz New Vehicle Warranty covers almost all electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components of your van for two years, starting the day your vehicle is delivered or first registered. It applies to every Mercedes-Benz van delivered or initially registered within the European Economic Area and certain other countries.

Mercedes-Benz vehicles are made to the highest standards and, for even greater peace of mind, every new van sold through our network also comes with a comprehensive three-year warranty. If you encounter any problems over this period caused by a manufacturing fault, we’ll sort it out free of charge.

In addition, our Mercedes-Benz Service24h is available across Europe, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, in the event of a breakdown or accident. The costs for this are covered by the Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan mobility warranty. This is included as standard with your Mercedes-Benz van. Whether it’s the New Vehicle Warranty or the MobiloVan mobility guarantee, our offers help ensure you are well covered for many eventualities.

What’s covered by your van warranty.

All electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components of your van for two years, starting the day your vehicle is delivered or first registered.
 

The repair of any standard components damaged by a manufacturing defect.
 

The labour costs of removing and installing parts for warranty repairs at any Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer. You may be charged, at the Van Centre’s discretion, for any extra work caused by modifications to your van that were made after manufacture.

Your warranty applies to the base vehicle only. It does not cover any special fittings, conversions or additional bodywork.
