Our individual service plan - ServiceCare Maintenance enables you to spread the cost of up to 6 services without entering into a credit agreement. It's a cost-effective way to maintain your cashflow while ensuring your van's high standards are upheld by our expert technicians.


A plan starts from £17 a month for an eSprinter and £26.50 a month for new Sprinter, Vito and Citan vans.

This plan is available on any Mercedes-Benz van and works out cheaper than booking services individually. Flexible payment options are available, with a choice of monthly Direct Debits or one upfront lump sum. What's more, costs are fixed at today's rate - protecting your business against increases in labour rates, parts, prices and inflation for the duration of the plan.

*Selected EV models come with 4-year Integrated Service Package which includes 2 x A Services and 2 x B Services. Prices above are for customers who either do not benefit from ISP or represent a “top up” of the existing services provided under the ISP. Speak to your Authorised Repairer for further details. 

Using your ServiceCare Maintenance Plan

If you’d like to set up a plan please contact your preferred Dealer and they’ll explain how your 6 services will be arranged. Once your plan is up and running, your Dealer will keep you informed and help you with each booking. If you’d prefer not to sign up to a plan, our Pay as you go servicing offers the same high quality servicing and repairs for individual workshop visits.

ServiceCare Maintenance Plan frequently asked questions

All of our new vans are eligible for our ServiceCare Maintenance Plan. All used Vito models from 2003 onwards and all Sprinter models from 2006 onwards are eligible for the plan as well. Any older models are unfortunately not eligible.

Currently a ServiceCare Maintenance Plan works out £124 less on average compared to the cost of 2 Pay as you go services for a new Sprinter Panel Van.

No problem, simply contact your preferred Dealer and they’ll take care of everything.

Again, your Dealer will help with bookings. You can’t currently book online as your plan is customised for you.

Every time your van is serviced with an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer, your MobiloVan is automatically renewed for 12 months – up to 30 years. It’s one of the added value benefits of Dealer servicing. You don’t need to have a full Dealer history – if you have a used van, or you’ve missed a service, you can re-qualify for MobiloVan cover for one year at any time simply by using an authorised Dealer for your next service.

If you change your mind about purchasing your ServiceCare Maintenance Plan, you are able to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days of receiving your contract. After this, you can cancel the plan at any time, subject to a £40 administration fee. If you decide to terminate your ServiceCare Maintenance Plan after you have taken one or more services, a cost vs revenue calculation will be made and there may be an outstanding balance for you to pay if the value of the services you have received is greater than the money you have paid into the Plan at the time of closure.
