Proactive fleet management.

Data is transmitted wirelessly to our professionals who immediately take the appropriate next step. If they detect a critical vehicle condition you are quickly informed and given clear recommendations about what steps you should take. There are three urgency levels: Urgent warning, Repair recommendation and Vehicle notification.

If a vehicle breakdown is imminent the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centre (CAC) contacts you immediately and arranges a workshop appointment. Your vehicle is quickly taken to the nearest authorised Service Partner and repaired using Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts. That way, unplanned downtimes are minimised.

You’ll be told about necessary repairs so you can coordinate workshop appointments with the Mercedes-Benz Service Partner of your choice. This allows you to efficiently plan your workshop visit and ensures that Genuine Parts are provided for you in a timely manner.

Van Uptime Monitor will send you an email about any simple maintenance measures that you can perform yourself. This helps you save both time and workshop costs.
