How does the Customer Assistance Centre support van owners?

No matter how small or large your request, Mercedes-Benz customer service is your first point of contact. From misplaced keys to vehicle breakdowns, even if the van is abroad – we take care of your concerns and help if you get stuck.

Because we know how important time is for your business, we’re available 24/7 by phone, email and the Mercedes-Benz app. We aim to find the right solutions on the spot. If that’s not possible, we start the process, immediately. We organise towing services and arrange courtesy vehicles, hotel accommodation, taxi rides and much more. We coordinate Europe-wide roadside assistance through our Mercedes-Benz Service24h.

If your van breaks down and needs a tow to our workshop, our Roadside Assistance Experts will provide direct support. The team works with our Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairers to speed up the process and quickly supply any parts. That means we can get you back on the road as quickly as possible for your next business appointment.
