If you have any concerns about your current financial situation, please send an email with the subject matter “Coronavirus” to email@example.com with your agreement or vehicle registration and include the reason you need support and to what level. As we’re getting a lot of requests at the moment, it may take us up to 10 working days to respond, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
A number of self-service options are also available through Mercedes me finance, including changing a monthly payment date, updating your bank details and making a payment. If you’re not registered for Mercedes me finance, you’ll need your agreement number and registration number to hand.
