Mercedes-Benz Service Select is free of charge loyalty programme for selected Mercedes-Benz vehicles over seven years old. It is designed to optimise the maintenance and repair costs of your vehicle.
After subscribing to the programme, you will receive a minimum 25% discount on all service work (as required based on the vehicle's age and mileage at the time of the service) as well as on selected wear and tear repairs. This discount is calculated with a minimum 25% off labour, along with the use of Mercedes-Benz StarParts. Should a StarPart not be available at the time of your workshop visit, then 25% will also be applied to the equivalent Mercedes-Benz GenuinePart as required.
No, as a general rule, it is not possible to combine the Mercedes-Benz Service Select discount with other discounts and/or services.
No, it is not possible to combine this Service Select discount with an existing Service Plan as our Service Plan pricing for this age of vehicle already incorporates a level of discount for you across 2, 3 or 4 service events.
The vehicle remains enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Service Select programme until you cancel your subscription or you are no longer the owner of the car. Participation is unlimited in terms of how many times can take advantage of the programme. You can cancel your Service Select subscription at any time from the Mercedes-Benz portal.
Yes, both private and business customers can use Mercedes-Benz Service Select.
This is only possible if the UK is entered in the master data record of your vehicle as the original country of destination and you create your vehicle in your Mercedes-Benz account via this homepage. Only the eligibility conditions for the Mercedes-Benz Service Select programme in the UK will apply.
In the first instance it is best to contact your preferred Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer who is participating in the programme. Alternatively please call the Mercedes-Benz Customer Support team on (00800) 9777 7777 or via email cs.uk@cac.mercedes-benz.com.
All you need to do is enter your vehicle's registration plate or chassis number (VIN) where required.
You can subscribe directly on this website via the Mercedes-Benz Service Select programme page. To subscribe, you must have a Mercedes-Benz account, which you can create at the same time as subscribing for the programme.
Please note, you will need the chassis number (VIN) when you add this vehicle to your account.
Yes, participation is free.
No. The discount only applies to the specific servicing and wear and tear work as mentioned above.
You will receive the benefits of the programme immediately after you subscribe, with confirmation and a Certificate of Participation being sent to the email address added to your Mercedes-Benz account.
To receive the discount, please have your Certificate of Participation with you when you book your visit, as proof of registration on the programme. The discount will then be applied to the invoice by the Authorised Repairer.
The discount can be used as many times as required for the registered vehicle and selected servicing and wear and tear work.
The benefits of Mercedes-Benz Service Select are only available at participating Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairers. You can find the list of participating Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairers using the link on your Certificate of Participation after successful registration.

Mercedes-Benz StarParts will be used as standard, and Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts will only be used if an equivalent StarPart is not available at the time of your workshop visit.
Roadside Assistance will be renewed/reinstated only if all work items are completed as per service schedule at age and mileage of the vehicle at the time of the service.
