When our expert technicians inspect your vehicle, they provide you with a personalised film outlining your visual health check and the work required. This is otherwise known as StarView and rest reassured no work will be carried out without your approval. Once approved, you will receive a quotation for a service made up of two parts: Routine Maintenance and Recommended Additional items*.
Recommended Additional items ensure your car operates to an optimum level and are determined by your vehicle’s age and mileage. 

*Recommended Additional items are needed to follow the Manufacturer’s Recommended Service Schedule. Without them your free Roadside Assistance cover and 30 years perforation and corrosion warranty will not be renewed. 

As part of the Service A and Service B inspection, our experts will check your Mercedes-Benz thoroughly and carry out an oil change and the replacement of components in accordance with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer guidelines. While various checks are carried out during Service A, Service B also checks all vehicle components that affect safety and ease of use of your vehicle. So that you and your Mercedes-Benz can continue to enjoy a good and safe drive. 

With Service A and Service B inspections, you and your all-electric Mercedes-Benz model can be reassured that all electric-specific vehicle components are maintained. This includes high-voltage battery conditioning check as well as inspection of components, cable and sockets. 

Our aim is to make sure you’re always mobile. That’s why, when your Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer completes your service to our manufacturer’s guidelines, we’ll provide you with European-wide Roadside Assistance cover completely free of charge. * This is provided free of charge for the first 3 years and renewed for up to 30 years after every service by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.
