We have helped customers who have experienced temporary financial difficulties due to Coronavirus. This support was typically a Payment Deferral, in line with guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Following this guidance, applications for new Payment Deferrals closed on 31 March 2021. All these Payment Deferrals needed to end by 31 July 2021.

If you’re in financial difficulty, we may be able to support you with other options. However, we must treat each case individually, considering your individual circumstances. Our aim will always be to help you achieve the right outcome for your needs.
