Return to a Retailer

Our Returns Programme allows you to hand your vehicle back to your preferred Retailer. Please get in touch with them to book an appointment.

You can contact your Retailer to arrange an appointment to return your vehicle. You can find your nearest Retailer below.

Your Retailer will appraise your vehicle and discuss any charges you may have. They’ll also give you details on your choices at the end of your agreement to make sure you can make the best decision for you.

Book an inspection and collection

To book a collection, call British Car Auctions (BCA) on 0370 121 0535. You can also email defleet@bca.com.

If the collection agent hasn’t arrived at the agreed time, call BCA on 0370 121 0535 and they’ll be able to re-arrange your appointment.

When returning your vehicle at the end of your agreement, you need to make sure that the vehicle is road legal to avoid any further charges. To make sure of this please check for the following:

When returning your vehicle at the end of your agreement, you need to make sure that the vehicle is road legal to avoid any further charges. To make sure of this please check for the following:

  • None of the Warning Lights are on
  • The tyres have a minimum tread of 1.6mm
  • No cracks or damage to the windscreen outside of the return standard
  • The vehicle has a valid MOT

Please remember that you may have damage, excess mileage, or service history related charges at the end of your agreement. For more information on damage charges, view our matrix below.
