You’re nearing the end of your agreement.

Now’s the time to start thinking about the return of your vehicle, there’s two ways you can do this.

Return to a Retailer

Our Returns Programme allows you to hand your vehicle back to your preferred Retailer. Please get in touch with them to book an appointment.

You can contact your Retailer to arrange an appointment to return your vehicle. You can find your nearest Retailer below.

Your Retailer will appraise your vehicle and discuss any charges you may have. They’ll also give you details on your choices at the end of your agreement to make sure you can make the best decision for you.

If you have any queries about returning your vehicle, call us on 0370 847 0700.

Book an inspection and collection

Alternatively, you can arrange for your vehicle to be inspected and collected from your home or workplace by our logistics partner, British Car Auctions (BCA). Fill out the form by clicking below and they will contact you to arrange this.

On collection of the vehicle if there has been any more damage since the pre-inspection you may be charged. If you’ve had any repairs done, we recommend keeping a copy of the relevant invoices.

Please remember to hand in the V5C Document to the collection agent once you’ve filled out the ‘selling, transferring or part-exchanging’ section. If you’ve lost the V5C please call the DVLA on 0300 790 6802 to order a replacement.
