        Yes, once you have activated your 7 day complimentary cover your Retailer will be sent separate confirmation automatically.

      • Will any person be covered to drive under the First Cover policy?

        Will any person be covered to drive under the First Cover policy?

        No unfortunately not, only the named drivers on the Cover Note are able to drive the vehicle.

      • Can I extend my 7 days complimentary insurance?

        We are unable to extend the 7 days complimentary insurance, however, you can purchase our annual cover.

        No, the cover will expire automatically after the 7 days. We would like to point out that it is an offence under the Road Traffic Act to drive a vehicle on a Public Highway without adequate insurance cover.

        Yes, we insure all Manufacturers. Please note we may decline to quote in some circumstances.

        If I am applying for FirstCover (7 day complimentary cover), how will I receive my cover note?

        Once you have activated your 7 day complimentary cover you will be sent a confirmation email which will provide you with a link to register to our Insurance website, where you can view your 7 day cover note.

        Your Retailer will receive separate confirmation of your cover after it has been activated.

      • Does my annual insurance cover me to drive other vehicles?

        Yes, this only applies to the policy holder as long as they are over the age of 25, and have the permission of the owner of the vehicle that they wish to drive. This cover is Third Party Only.

        We accept payment in full by Debit or Credit Card (Excluding American Express) we also offer monthly instalments this is provided by Premium Credit LTD.

      • Do I require a Green Card to travel abroad?

        Do I require a Green Card to travel abroad?

        Within territorial limits a Green Card is not necessary for cross border travel. We recommend that you take your certificate of motor insurance with you, as it should provide sufficient evidence that you are complying with the laws regarding the compulsory insurance of motor vehicles in any of these countries.

            Yes, a £25 excess is payable when a claim is made per corner.

            Your tyre needs to at least have 2mm in tread depth across 75% of the width of the tyre.

            Go to the nearest tyre shop and get it replaced with a grade A tyre. You can then send the invoice to our administration team, they can then reimburse you up to a maximum of £300 deducting £25 excess.

            Your damaged alloy wheel will be replaced with a remanufactured wheel that meet Mercedes-Benz specification.

            If a remanufactured wheel is unavailable our supplier will provide a new alloy wheel, this is subject to your claims limit.

              Your damage will be repaired by a UK based Mercedes-Benz approved mobile repairers or a supporting Retailer.

              If you purchase your policy after the 1st Jan 2015 you will be entitled to a bodyshop contribution of up to £250.

                Yes, you can transfer at any time, any remaining period of insurance on the policy due to change of vehicle, subject to the replacement vehicle purchase price not exceeding the current price band of the original vehicle. There is an administration fee of £35.
