If you have money worries.
If you’re worried about your financial situation, please email us at customerservices-mbfs@daimler.com with your agreement number or vehicle registration. Please include the reason you require financial support, and the level of support you need.

We’ll treat each case individually and work with you to help where we can, but we have to look at individual circumstances. Our aim will always be to help you achieve the right outcome for your needs. Please title your email Coronavirus.

I’m getting close to the end of my finance agreement.
Following Government guidance, we’re avoiding all non-essential vehicle collections and focusing our efforts on helping critical workers. All Mercedes-Benz Cars showrooms are closed, so it isn’t possible to return your vehicle to them. The majority of workshops will remain open with a limited team to accommodate breakdowns and the service of critical workers’ cars.
