The 360-degree charging solution is a holistic product setup that includes consulting, installation of hardware at the workplace and at home as well as a static and dynamic load management. In addition, the solution offers eMobility Service Provider integration for public charging, a reimbursement service for charging costs occured at home and an overall dashboard integration.

Vehicle-based home reimbursement tracks and reimburses charging costs based on the vehicle data. Wallbox-based home reimbursement, however, tracks and reimburses costs based on a specific wallbox at a particular location.

To activate MB.CHARGE Public, firstly, a charging contract with the third-party provider must be concluded. To be able to do so, the customer must have an active Mercedes-Benz company profile as well as vehicles connected to the account, The registration process with the third-party provider can be initiated through the Mercedes-Benz Website. Furthermore, a VAT ID is required to register. After successful registration with the third party provider, charging contracts can be created for each vehicle by activating MB.CHARGE Public for the respective vehicle(s).
Business customers that do not have a VAT ID can use the MB.CHARGE Public solution for private customers. To be able to do so, the registration for MB.CHARGE Public must be initiated through a private Mercedes me ID.

- Convenient and transparent billing and payment of all charging sessions through a single invoice per company.
