The following terms and conditions apply to the Prize Draw:

The Promoter is Mercedes-Benz UK Limited (Company Number 02448457) whose registered address is Delaware Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, England, MK15 8BA (the “Promoter”).

Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, references to masculine include the feminine and the neuter and to the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context admits or requires.

Headings are used for reference only and do not constitute terms of this contract.

Eligibility & Entering

1. The Promoter’s customers and prospective customers (the “Entrants”) may enter into a free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for a chance to win a pair of tickets to an exclusive tour of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team Operations Centre, Brackley, NN13 7BD which is expected to take place during 2027 on a date to be confirmed by the Promoter (the "Prize"). The date of the tour is subject to confirmation and may be dependent on the operational requirements of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and the Formula One race calendar.
2. To enter the Prize Draw, an Entrant must during the period commencing on 1 October 2026 and ending at 30 November 2026 inclusive (the "Promotional Period") either: (i) book and complete a qualifying test drive of an eligible new Mercedes-Benz model listed at clause 3 at any Mercedes-Benz Showroom and satisfy the Promoter's standard test-drive eligibility requirements; or (ii) complete and submit the free Prize Draw entry form available here, providing their name, email address and telephone number.

3. Eligible vehicles are the following new Mercedes-Benz models only: A-Class, CLA Saloon (ICE & BEV), CLA Shooting Brake (ICE & BEV), GLA SUV and GLB SUV (each an “Eligible Vehicle” and together the “Eligible Vehicles”).
4. For an entry to be valid, a qualifying test drive must be completed during the Promotional Period and must be a genuine test drive of an Eligible Vehicle, as determined by the Promoter, or, if entering via the alternative free entry route, the Prize Draw entry form must be completed and submitted during the Promotional Period.
5. Test drive appointments are subject to vehicle availability at the retailer and the Promoter’s standard test-drive terms and eligibility requirements.
6. The Entrants must be residents in the UK, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
7. No purchase or test drive is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. Internet access is required to complete the entry form.
8. Any entries received either before the Promotional Period opens or after the Promotional Period closes will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
9. Only Entrants who have successfully completed a qualifying test drive or submitted a free Prize Draw entry form in accordance with clauses 2 to 6 will be entered into the Prize Draw.
10. There is a limit of one entry per person for the Prize Draw. Additional test drives or multiple submissions will not result in additional entries.
11. Employees of the Promoter and its group companies, their agencies and families, dealer network and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The Prize Draw

13. The 20 winners will each receive a pair of tickets for the tour (one ticket for the winner and one for their guest, 40 tickets in total). Winners will be selected at random from Tuesday 1 November 2026 from all valid entries received (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”). The selection of the Winners shall be conducted by the Promoter under the supervision of an independent observer, and the selection and date of the Prize offered by the Promoter will be final.
14. The Promoter will notify the Winners of the confirmed date of the tour as soon as reasonably practicable after the date has been confirmed. Winners may be required to confirm their attendance within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. If a Winner is unable or unwilling to attend on the confirmed date, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that Winner and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
15. Once the Winners have been selected, they will be notified via telephone from Monday 7 December (“Notification Date”).
16. Each Winner will receive one pair of tickets to the Prize, one pass for themselves and one pass for a guest of their choosing (the “Guest”). Winners must inform the Promoter of the name of their Guest when they are contacted pursuant to clause 14.
17. Guests must be aged 18 or older.
18. Passes for the tour will not be issued by physical tickets. Winners will receive a confirmation email with full joining instructions. Winners and Guests will be included on a guest list.
19. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with any Winner within 48 hours of the Notification Date, the Promoter may elect to select a new winner from the remaining entrants.
20. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
21. Any entrant and/or participant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached these terms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from the Prize Draw.
22. Unsuccessful and disqualified Entrants will not be notified.

The Prize

23. The Prize consists of a pair of places on an exclusive tour of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team Operations Centre, Brackley, NN13 7BD. The tour is expected to take place during 2027, however the specific date has not yet been confirmed and will be communicated to the Winners as soon as reasonably practicable after confirmation.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to change the date of the tour where reasonably necessary due to operational, scheduling, safety, security or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
25. If a Winner is unable to attend on the confirmed tour date, no cash alternative or compensation shall be payable.
26. There is no cash alternative available and the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so, including where the tour is cancelled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any Prize under these terms and conditions if they have been breached. In the event of breach, the Prize Draw may be re-opened.
29. The Prize may not be sold, offered for sale, used for competitions, coupled or bundled with any other product or services, or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever.
30. Winners and their Guests are responsible for their own travel costs to and from the factory site.
31. Any photography and/or filming by Winners or their Guests is prohibited once inside the factory.
32. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

General

33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
34. Entry into the Prize Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
35. Winners will be sent a consent form for use of their name and image without remuneration and will also have the opportunity to be excluded from any filming/photography.
36. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, postpone and/or amend the Prize Draw and/or the Event at any time without notice.
37. The Promoter is providing tickets to the tour only. The Promoter accepts no liability arising out of or in connection with the Prize.
38. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
39. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, pandemic, epidemic, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, technical and computer faults, system failures, network errors, website unavailability, hacks on the system, personal computer issues, failures and malfunctions or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure or any other issue out of our reasonable control.
40. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy (mercedes-benz.co.uk).
41. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed and have effect in all respects in accordance with English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of or in connection with them.
