        Registration of a company profile is currently only possible in the Mercedes me Portal or by a Mercedes-Benz Retailer. Please log in to the Mercedes me Portal or contact your desired Mercedes-Benz Retailer to create your company profile.

        The vehicle may have been assigned to a user profile as a private vehicle. The assignment of a company vehicle is currently possible in the Mercedes me Portal or by a Mercedes-Benz Retailer. To reassign the vehicle as a company vehicle, remove it from the associated user profile, log in to the Mercedes me Portal and start the link again.

        For vehicles linked to a company profile, a store is currently not yet available in all markets. Services can currently be purchased or renewed only for privately used vehicles.

        To cancel your contract as a company administrator, please log in to the Mercedes me Portal. Cancellation deactivates all services for the vehicles linked to your company profile. In addition, the link for all vehicles is disconnected and the company profile is deleted. This process cannot be reversed. Please be aware that a termination in the company context requires the deletion of the company profile.

        If the only or last remaining company administrator of a company deletes his Mercedes me ID, all company profiles that this administrator managed alone will also be deleted. Please note that neither you nor the drivers of the company profile will receive any notification of this. The company profile cannot be restored, but must be created again. You must ensure the company profile is transferred to another company administrator before deleting your Mercedes me ID.

        Only users with the role of "company administrator" can edit company profiles. This is not possible for drivers.

        Your colleagues have probably not been added to the company profile via their personal Mercedes me ID. The invitation of a company user must be made by a company administrator in the Mercedes me Portal.

        The company administrator may possibly have removed your link to free up the vehicle for other users. This can happen without you having to agree to this or be notified. To get the vehicle back, select it in the overview of company vehicles and reassign it to yourself, unless it is assigned to another user.

        If you as a driver want to switch off geolocating of a company vehicle, please contact our customer service or deactivate GPS via MBUX in the vehicle. Another option is to switch off all services with GPS tracking in the Mercedes me app.
