It comes as a standard with an 85 kW electric motor with a usable battery capacity of 60 kWh, giving it an electric range of up to 160 miles. The eVito Panel Van is characterized by a balanced chassis, giving it passenger car-like driving characteristics and comes with a front-wheel drive. Safety and driver assistance systems such as the Parking Package with 360° camera make the eVito Panel Van your loyal companion in your everyday life.

The eVito panel van comes in two length variants from 5,140 mm to 5,370 mm and up to 6.6m³ of cargo space. With a vehicle height of under 1,935mm and a balanced chassis, the eVito Panel Van is ideal for manoeuvring in the city.

Charging and range

Full of energy.

The eVito Panel Van offers impressive range and flexible charging options that allow you to quickly extend its range again. There are also many general advantages in favour of electric mobility: technical progress and financial benefits make electric vehicles increasingly economically attractive.

The eVito features the same spacious load compartment as a Vito Panel Van with a combustion engine, as the batteries are located in the underbody. With a maximum loading capacity of 6.6 m³ and sufficient payload, the eVito Panel Van is sure to meet the requirements of your working day.

Three different drive programs and five recuperation levels assist you in maintaining an efficient driving style. Both functions enable you to optimise your electrical consumption and thus the range of your electrically powered van. With recuperation, energy is recovered when the vehicle is decelerated. For example, the battery charges when going downhill, instead of losing the energy when braking in the form of heat. You can set the strength of recuperation in 5 stages using the steering wheel gearshift paddles: D++ (0 m/s²), D+ (-0.8 m/s²), D (-1.6 m/s²), D- (-2.2 m/s²). Recuperation level "DAUTO" helps you to make the best use of the battery charge. It automatically matches the recuperation level to the driving situation.

The range of your electrically powered van from Mercedes-Benz depends primarily on the vehicle configuration, especially the choice of its top speed. The actual range is furthermore dependent upon the individual driving style, road and traffic conditions, outside temperature, and use of the climate control/heating system and other electrical consumers. The power availability display and the recuperation levels help you to use the battery charge as efficiently as possible and achieve a greater range. You should choose the top speed depending on your driving profile. Is your vehicle mainly to be driven in urban areas or will you largely use motorways? The standard top speed of your electric van is 80 km/h. As an option you can have the top speed increased to 100 km/h or 120 km/h. Bear in mind, however, that higher speeds are generally achieved at the expense of the vehicle range.

A charging cable is not included with your electrically powered van from Mercedes-Benz. As an option, there are 3 charging cables with a type 2 charging connector which are available to order. You can choose between 4000 mm, 5000 mm and 8000 mm lengths as well as between single-phase and 2-phase charging. The flexible charging system, combining several different phase connectors in a single, convenient set, is suitable for many different charging situations and can be obtained from your Mercedes-Benz Partner. Should you have any questions, your Mercedes-Benz Partner will be happy to assist you.

The battery is included in the purchase price. This means that you will not incur any additional costs for battery rental. The financial risk of exchanging a battery when your battery capacity diminishes drastically is covered by the battery capacity. It is valid for up to 8 years or a total distance of 100,000 miles (160,000 km) from initial registration. A variety of safety and driving assistance systems are available for the eVito Panel Van, enabling it to achieve a Euro NCAP five star rating in 2025, meaning it provides the highest level of commercial van safety. For your protection, driver and front passenger airbags, thorax-pelvis sidebags for driver and front passenger, windowbags for driver and front passenger, as well as ATTENTION Assist, cruise control, the reversing camera, Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Intelligent Speed Assist and Active Brake Assist are standard. Additional comfort is provided by the driving assistance package which includes, among other equipment, the Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC or Active Steering Assist. Our PRE-SAFE® preventive occupant protection system can detect critical driving situations at an early stage, warn and initiate preventive protective measures.
