Financial difficulties

If you have concerns about your financial situation, please email us at with your agreement number or vehicle registration, include the reason you require financial support and what level of support you need. Please title your email Coronavirus.

We’re getting lots of requests, so it may take us up to 10 working days to respond, but we’ll come back to you as quickly as possible.

Mercedes me finance

We’d like to thank you for your patience, and remind you of the self-service options that are available with Mercedes me finance where you can:

• Request and pay an early settlement quotation
• Edit your contact details
• Update your bank details
• View your documents
• Make a payment

If you’re not registered for Mercedes me finance, you’ll need your agreement number and registration number to hand.
