Complaints

We’re dedicated to providing you with the best customer experience. That said, we understand that on rare occasions we may not meet your expectations, so if you have a concern or are dissatisfied in any way, please follow this procedure and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation in a fair and transparent way.

If you’re unhappy with your vehicle or the service you’ve received, please contact your preferred Dealer, they are best to address your issue in the first instance and will contact us directly on your behalf.

Once received, your complaint will be assigned to an advisor who will take the lead on your complaint and provide you with a reference number. In most cases we’ll need to liaise with your preferred Dealer. We may pass your complaint onto them and at our request, they may contact you. We aim to resolve all complaints within five working days.

If you still feel your issue is unresolved, you can contact The Motor Ombudsman for an independent opinion. The Motor Ombudsman is our appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Tel: 0345 241 008.

Roadside assistance for customers with hearing impairments is provided via email: hls.gbr@cac.mercedes-benz.com. Please include the following data in your email so that we can provide support as quickly as possible: Vehicle details (VIN and License Plate), Owner/company details, symptom description and location of the breakdown. Our Service 24 hour team will contact you if further details are required.
