If your last service was with any Mercedes-Benz Dealer or your van is still in warranty, you are entitled to MobiloVan - our free, Europe-wide roadside repair and recovery service. Call:

Please include the following data so that we can provide support as quickly as possible:

97% of our Dealer Network is open and committed to keeping businesses moving. Please note, during these challenging times, our Dealers may not be able to respond as quickly as they normally would. But, please bear with them and they will respond as quickly as they can.

Mercedes-Benz Approved Used Vans

Our Dealer Network has a wide range of used vans in stock, ready to go and available to purchase remotely. 

All Mercedes-Benz Approved Used Vans have been rigorously tested by Mercedes-Benz technicians, so you can expect the same quality and workmanship as any of our brand-new vehicles.

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services

Our first priority is the health and safety of our team and our customers. Due to the global impact of the Coronavirus, it’s taking longer than normal to get through to our Customer Service Centre.

Financial difficulties

If you have concerns about your financial situation, please email us at mbfscv@daimler.com with your agreement number or vehicle registration, include the reason you require financial support and what level of support you need. Please title your email: Coronavirus.

We’re getting lots of requests, so it may take us up to 10 working days to respond, but we’ll come back to you as quickly as possible.

Mercedes me Finance

We’d like to thank you for your patience, and remind you of the self-service options that are available with Mercedes me finance where you can:

• Change your monthly payment date
• Request and pay an early settlement quotation
• Edit your contact details
• Update your bank details
• View your documents
• Make a payment

If you’re not registered for Mercedes me finance, you’ll need your agreement number and registration number to hand.
