Exclusively available through our Dealer network, Pay as you go servicing, MOT and repairs help you keep your Mercedes-Benz van every bit Mercedes-Benz. We’ve fixed the price of A and B services and the most commonly requested repairs across our authorised Dealerships, so you always know where you stand.

Minor (A) and major (B) services

Once your van is 12 months old, you’ll require an annual service. In the first year it will be an A service (minor service) which includes oil and oil filter replacement, tyre and brake checks and other inspections. The following year, you’ll need a B service (major service) which covers work such as cabin/dust combination filter replacement, brake fluid exchange, as well as the A Service elements. In subsequent years, your service will switch between an A and B service every 12 months.

We’ve fixed the cost of both A and B services and you’ll see the prices below which apply to all authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealerships.

Book Pay as you go servicing and repairs online 24/7

You can book an A or B service, an MOT and the most common Pay as you go repairs using our online booking tool. It take just a few minutes and you’ll simply need to enter your van’s registration and mileage and select the services you need. You’ll be offered a choice of Dealers and a quote for the work and you can choose a convenient date and time.

As our servicing plans are more tailored, you’ll need to speak to your preferred Dealer to select the right plan for you.

What if I’m already on a service plan?

If you’ve already signed up to one of our service plans, please contact your Dealer to discuss your next booking or updating your requirements. Currently you can’t book online for our service plans.
