What are the benefits of Pay as you go?

Exclusively available through our Authorised Repairer network, Pay as you go servicing help you keep your Mercedes-Benz van every bit Mercedes-Benz. Across participating Authorised Repairer, we’ve fixed the price of A and B services , so you always know where you stand. Please contact your local Authorised Repairer to find out more.

Minor (A) and major (B) services

Your Mercedes-Benz Van’s first Service will be an A service (minor service) which includes oil and oil filter replacement combined with several courtesy inspections. The second service you’ll need is a B service (major service) which includes cabin filter replacement, fuel filter replacement and AdBlue top up in addition to all of the A Service elements and courtesy inspections.

 

In subsequent years, your service regime will switch between an A and B service. Service schedules and content vary for each model, please check with your Authorised Mercedes-Benz Repairer for further details.

*This only applies to Sprinter 906, end of production 2018. All petrol and V6 diesel engine models are excluded. To check your Sprinter model, refer to your V5 registration document or contact your local Dealer. Valid on all Service B packages booked and carried out prior to 31 December 2025. Terms and conditions apply. Fixed price excludes VAT and covers Service B labour and parts only – any additional faults or remedial work found during the service will be charged at an additional cost and the customer will be notified of these remedial works separately.

Book Pay as you go servicing online 24/7

You can book an A or B service Pay as you go using our online booking tool. It takes just a few minutes and you’ll simply need to enter your van’s registration and mileage and select the services you need. You’ll be offered a choice of Authorised Repairer and a quote for the work and you can choose a convenient date and time. 


 

As our servicing plans are more tailored, you’ll need to speak to your preferred Authorised Repairer to select the right plan for you.

Pay as you go frequently asked questions

Pay as you go servicing allows you to choose individual services paid at the time of the service. Our service plans are more customised and involve a series of bookings to help you spread the cost or provide complete cover.

Every time your van is serviced with a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer, your cover is automatically renewed for 12 months – up to 30 years. It’s one of the added value benefits of Dealer servicing. You don’t need to have a full Dealer history – if you have a used van, or you’ve missed a service, you can re-qualify for MobiloVan cover for one year at any time simply by using an authorised Dealer for your next service.
