The following terms and conditions apply to the Draw: 
The Promoter is Mercedes-Benz UK Limited (Company Number 02448457) whose registered address is Delaware Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, England, MK15 8BA (the “Promoter”).

Interpretation
In these terms and conditions, references to masculine include the feminine and the neuter and to the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context admits or requires.Headings are used for reference only and do not constitute terms of this contract.

Eligibility & Entering
1. The Promoter’s customers (the “Entrants”) may enter into a free prize draw (the “Draw”) for a chance to win 4 (four) tickets (2 adults and 2 children) to the screening of GOAT at a Cineworld Cinema(the "Prize"). The voucher code may be exchanged for four tickets (2 adults and 2 children) with a standard seat to view a standard 2D film showing at any Cineworld cinema in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.
2. For a chance to win the Prize, customers should click the entry button on the email which is sent to customers who have provided their email details and opted to receive email communications between 09:00am Thursday 19th February 2026(the “Start Date”) and 23:59pm Saturday 28th February 2026(the “Closing Date”).
3. The Entrants must be customers of the Promoter, who reside in the UK and are aged 18 or older at the time of entry into the Draw.
4. Any entries received either before the Start Date and/or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Draw.
5. Any entries received by non-customers of the Promoter will not be entered into the Draw.
6. There is a limit of one entry per person.
7. Employees of the Promoter and its group companies, their agencies and families, dealer network and anyone professionally connected with the Draw are not eligible to enter.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9. No purchase is necessary.

The Prize Draw
10. The total amount of tickets will be 147 winners of 4 tickets (2 adults and 2 children) totalling 588 tickets.

11.  The Prize will be selected at random on Monday 02nd March 2026 from all valid entries received (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”). The selection of the Winners shall be conducted by the Promoter under the supervision of an independent observer, and the selection and date offered of the prize offered will be final.

12. Once the Winners have been selected, they will be notified via telephone (using the telephone number provided on entry) from Tuesday 03rd March 2026 (“Notification Date”).

13. The Winner will receive four tickets as the Prize for themselves and for 3 guests of their choosing (the “Guests”) (ensuring that the total party is 2 adults and 2 children). Winners must inform the Promoter of the name of their Guests when they are contacted pursuant to clause 11.

14. Tickets including a voucher code for redemption for the event will be issued via email. Winners will receive confirmation via telephone call. Winners and Guests will receive E-Tickets 48 hours prior to the event via email (which will be delivered to the email address confirmed on the telephone call).

15. Each pair of tickets will consist of one adult and one children’s code (total of 4 codes for 2 adults and 2 children).

16. Tickets will be subject to their own terms and conditions which will be made available to all Winners separately.

17. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with any Winner within 24 hours of the Notification Date, that Winner will forfeit the Prize in its entirety. The Promoter may then select a new Winner from the remaining Entrants, and the original Winner will have no claim to the prize thereafter.

18. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

19. Any entrant and/or participant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached these terms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from the Draw.

20. Unsuccessful and disqualified Entrants will not be notified.
