      How do I qualify for enhanced terms?

      We will give manufacturer support for fleets of 100 passenger cars or more with 10 or more renewals per year. Please contact the Fleet Customer Hub on 0800 3698 998 or fleetcustomerhub@daimler.com. Any less than this, we are more than happy to get you in touch with your local Retailer.

      Can Mercedes-Benz supply my commercial vehicles as well as passenger cars?

      We will give manufacturer support for commercial vehicle fleets (vans) of 250 or higher. Any less than this, we are more than happy to get you in touch with your local Retailer. For truck fleets, this is solely done through your local Retailer.

        I currently run a Chauffeur company and I need to replace several of my vehicles. How do I qualify for support directly from Mercedes-Benz?

        To qualify for support direct from Mercedes-Benz, you will need to replace at least 10 vehicles on your fleet on a 12 month basis. If you believe you fit this criteria, please get in contact with the Fleet Customer Hub on 0800 369 8998 or fleetcustomerhub@daimler.com

        As a chauffeur company / driver, I need to ensure I do not lose work if my vehicle is off the road. What options do you offer in this instance?

        You will have access to Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance if your vehicle is off the road and we can recover this to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Retailer if you cannot continue your journey. We can provide a replacement Chauffeur vehicle for a period of time if your vehicle is driven into any of our dealerships depending on the circumstances. Any questions, please discuss with your local Mercedes-Benz Retailer.

          Yes, and all WLTP derived figures are available on the online brochures and website.

          It’s anticipated for release next year.

          I hear you are releasing a diesel plug-in hybrid. When is it coming out?

          Yes we are building a diesel hybrid which will be the first of its kind. The first to be released will be the E300 de. Sales release is at the end of the year and it’s expected to be on the road in the early part of next year. The C 300 de is anticipated to be available late next year.

          We currently have the smart EQ, our electric-drive model available to order now in the for two model line. We also have recently released information on the EQC which will go on sale next year. It has a WLTP tested range of 249 miles.
