1.  Save as set out below, the Prize Draw is open to all registered van drivers, who submit a completed application form available from [mbvans.co.uk/vantasyfootball] by email to vantasy.football@mercedes-benz.com, such form shall include:

a.     the entrant’s name, business name, email address and telephone number;

b.     the entrant’s team member names (seven players in total with two reserve players) (the “Team”),

c.     the vehicle registration number for each member of the Team;

d.     declaration that all members of the Team are van drivers;

e.     declaration that all members of the Team are available on the confirmed Tournament date; and

f.      an explanation as to why the Team should be chosen for the Tournament to include why coming together as a team could help their drivers’ wellbeing.

2.  To enter into the Prize Draw you must complete and submit the Application Form in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3.  The Prize Draw is not open to Mercedes-Benz employees, or their family members or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw.

4.  The winner must be aged 18 or over, resident in the UK, and be in possession of a clean, full, valid UK driving licence.

5.  The Prize Draw entries open at 00:00 hours on Monday 13 May 2024 and close at 23:59 hours Monday 8th July 2024.

6.  No purchase necessary.

7.  Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

8.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or
cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

9.  Five Teams will be randomly selected from all Teams meeting the criteria set out at 1 above.

10.  Once the winners have been selected, they will be notified via the contact details specified on the Application Form during the week commencing Monday 8th July 2024.

11.  In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with and/or the winner fails to respond to communications within 48 hours of the notification date, the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner and no alternative prize shall be offered.

12.  If a winner rejects the Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner and no alternative prize shall be offered.

13.  All winners shall take part in the Tournament on 23 August 2024 at St George’s Park, Staffordshire to compete for a chance to win a Mercedes-Benz AMG passenger driving experience at Mercedes-Benz World (the “Final Prize”). 

14.  The winner of the Tournament (to include all members of the winning Team, the original entrant, and any substitutes – a maximum of 8 people in total) will receive the Final Prize.

15.  The Final Prize must be redeemed on or before 23 August 2025.

16.  The winners consent to their names being disclosed to other entrants on request, and their name and images to be used by the Promoter subsequently for publicity purposes.

17.  By entering this Prize Draw, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act
2018.

18.  In entering this Prize Draw, we will only use your data to communicate with you regarding this Prize Draw. By entering you have confirmed that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions and are able to confirm you are aged 18 or over. 

19.  All data relating to entrants will be deleted within 6 months of the closing date. The winners’ details will be held on file for up to 12 months for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.

20. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email request to: datacompliance@Mercedes-Benz.com. By participating
in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

21.  The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries.

22. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending of entry to the Prize Draw. Incomplete entries will not be processed. Lost, delayed or incomplete entries are not the responsibility of the Promoter.

23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, their related entities and their officers, employees and agents, exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these
Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
(f) redemption of the prizes; and/or (g) participation in the Promotion.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Prize Draw at any time
without notice.

25. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.  Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, technical and computer faults, system failures, network errors, website unavailability, hacks on the system, personal computer issues, failures and
malfunctions or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure or any other issue out of our reasonable control.

26. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

27.  The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

28.  The decisions of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
