Bereavement.

Losing a loved one is an incredibly difficult time, and Mercedes-Benz is here to support you through this. We’ve outlined next steps and recommended trusted resources to help you along the way.

Once you’ve notified the relevant authorities and registered the death you can then look at handling any legal and financial matters that may arise, including letting us know what’s happened. If you haven’t done so already, make sure you also inform insurance companies, utility providers and other financial institutions.

We understand that the death of someone close to you can be overwhelming, so please call us on 0370 847 0700 or get in touch using our Contact Us page whenever you need help.

We’ll send you a Bereavement Information form to fill in so we can speak with you on behalf of the estate. And our Specialist Team will help you deal with the practical and finance related matters surrounding someone’s death. We’re open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays.

You may also want to consider reaching out to specialist bereavement organisations for emotional support, practical help, and guidance on managing someone’s affairs.
