Using your Mercedes-Benz Profile and/or the Mercedes-Benz Data Protection Centre, which is part of the Mercedes me ID Service, you can see whether and how your personal data is processed in connection with your Mercedes me ID and the Mme Services you have selected, including, for instance, the controller, the purposes of data processing, and the relevant personal data (categories) (collectively the "Transparency Function"). 

Using the Mercedes-Benz Inbox, you can receive messages and notifications from us and other Mme Service Providers regarding your vehicle. 

The Mercedes-Benz Preference Service takes account of the preferences you have entered and chosen for all Mme Services. When you use Mme Services, in some cases you will be asked whether your settings and information that you have provided in this context should be saved for future Mme Services as well.

In addition, you can expand your Mme ID to add one or more company profiles so that you can use a single Mme ID to manage not only vehicles assigned to your "private" profile but also "business" vehicles and configure and use digital services for these vehicles.

The Mercedes me ID gives you central access to services from Mercedes-Benz and our cooperation partners.

Your Mercedes me ID provides you with a central point of access that enables you to register for our services, as well as a central profile in which you can change your details.

We are continually improving the Mercedes me ID for you, and more and more services will support the Mercedes me ID in future.

If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, you will receive your Mercedes me ID when you register.

If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, you can obtain a Mercedes me ID by logging in to your existing user account, accepting the Mercedes me ID access conditions that then appear, and adding your address, phone number, date of birth, and driving licence number.

If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, use of the Mercedes me ID is compulsory.

If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, use of the Mercedes me ID is optional for you.

You can delete your Mercedes me ID at any time. However, please note that after deleting your Mercedes me ID you will no longer be able to use the Mercedes me ID services. For more information, please refer to the Mercedes me ID access conditions, which you can view in the registration dialogue.

In order to offer you a Mercedes me ID, it is necessary to collect and process personal details from you. This is done strictly in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in your country, of course.
