Mercedes-Benz UK COVID-19 statement.

Daimler AG is continuously monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 in order to be able to react to the dynamically changing situation at any time and to adapt our measures accordingly.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners is our top priority and these measures are constantly updated, guided by current alerts and information from the World Health Organization (WHO).

Mercedes-Benz Cars UK under the guidance of Daimler AG has a dedicated local team monitoring the UK Government’s national and international guidelines to contain the virus.

With these measures, Mercedes-Benz is helping to protect its workforce, to interrupt chains of infection and to contain the spread of the pandemic.

All Mercedes-Benz Cars showrooms remain closed, following the UK Government’s announcement on 10th May 2020. However customers can view all of our existing new and used car stock via the Online Showroom – whilst being able to make a reservation and calculate a finance quote.

Many Mercedes-Benz workshops are open and others are progressively re-opening whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines. You can book your service, MOT or repair via our online booking tool or alternatively contact your local retailer, which you can find links for below.

If your car’s service or MOT has become overdue or you have any questions regarding maintenance; please contact your local Retailer who will be able to inform you of the next appropriate action.
