You're getting close to the end of your Agility (Personal Contract Plan) agreement.
There are a number of options available as you approach the end of your finance agreement and your Retailer will get in touch to provide more detail on these.

1. Return your vehicle through your local Retailer or a home collection.
If you want to return your vehicle, you can do so by contacting one of our Retailers. Alternatively, if you need to arrange a home or work collection please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our logistics partner British Car Auctions will contact you to arrange the collection of your vehicle.
2. Purchase your vehicle (get and pay a settlement quote).
There are several ways for you to get and pay a settlement quote, which consists of the optional purchase payment (balloon), the last monthly instalment due under your finance agreement and the £10 purchase activation fee.
Click here to login or register for Mercedes me finance. If you’ve not registered before, you’ll need your agreement number and vehicle registration number. You can find your agreement number on your finance contract.
Call 0370 847 0700 (select option 1) and use our settlement service. You’ll need your agreement number to hand.
3. Can I extend my existing finance agreement?
Now that the Government has published a roadmap out of lockdown, we’d like to give you enough time to plan for and order your next car. Our rules around extensions will therefore change to reflect the following:
From 1 April-31 July, 2021
You can extend your current agreement for 1-3 months by emailing us at email@example.com. Any extension of your existing agreement can only last until 31st July. For example, if the extension of your agreement begins on 30th June, it must end on 31st July. We can also only extend your agreement by a whole calendar month.
From 31 July, 2021
We’ll only accept an extension request if you have a new Mercedes-Benz or smart on order. Please contact your Retailer in the first instance, as they will make the request on your behalf.
Any request must be made in the last 6 months of your agreement, but before the last 30 days of your contract (you may be too close to the maturity of your agreement for us to arrange an extension). Please allow up to 7 days for your request to be processed. While we’ll try to get close to your existing monthly payment, this may not be possible in some instances. We’ll also need to undertake credit and affordability checks. If your extension request is approved, your Retailer will provide you with a quote. This is only valid for 14 days, so please make sure you sign and return it within this timeframe if you want to extend your existing agreement.
4. Spread the cost of your optional purchase payment (balloon).
If you’d like to keep your vehicle, you can spread the cost of the final payment with refinancing. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be in touch within 4 working days to arrange this for you. You’ll need to have more than 30 days left on your finance agreement if you choose this option.
