Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan Information.

• The ServiceCare Plan, once effective, is a contract between you and Mercedes-Benz Cars UK Limited (Mercedes-Benz Cars) directly, and is not with your preferred Mercedes-Benz Retailer.
• The contract is not effective until Mercedes-Benz Cars has received your order and has activated the plan.
• Once the plan is activated, you will receive a copy of your Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan Contract and Payment Schedule within 14 days from the date of your order.
• If you have paid upfront for your Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan, the total amount you have paid upfront includes VAT.
• Your final service which is due to be covered by your plan, must be completed within a maximum of 6 months after the expiry date of the contract.
• If your vehicle has an incomplete service history, you can still take out a ServiceCare Plan once all previous service items have been completed and paid for, and the service history has been brought up to date.
• If you have paid for your Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan upfront, any unused services can be passed onto a new owner should you sell your vehicle.


Right of withdrawal


• If you change your mind about purchasing your ServiceCare plan, you are able to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days of the date on which Mercedes-Benz Cars write to you with your Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan Contract and Payment Schedule and the contract becomes effective. Please contact the Service Contracts Administration team on 0370 242 6200 or e-mail pc.servicecontract@daimler.com.
Please note, that if your Mercedes-Benz Retailer has completed any services on your vehicle under this plan before you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will still be liable for these costs.

 

You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this page. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.


Early Cancellation


• If you would like to cancel your Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan contract earlier than originally planned, an early cancellation fee of £40 + VAT, will apply.
