Mercedes-Benz Group AG is continuously monitoring the spread of COVID-19 in order to be able to react to the dynamically changing situation at any time and to adapt our measures accordingly.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners is our top priority and these measures are constantly updated, guided by current alerts and information from the World Health Organization (WHO). 

Mercedes-Benz Cars UK under the guidance of Mercedes-Benz Group AG has a dedicated local team monitoring the UK Government’s national and international guidelines to contain the virus. With these measures, Mercedes-Benz is helping to protect its workforce, to interrupt chains of infection and to contain the spread of the pandemic. 

Customers can view all of our existing UK new and used car stock via the Online Showroom, whilst being able to make a reservation and calculate a finance quote. Home delivery and click & collect is also available at participating UK Retailers.

Our workshops remain open, so you can book your service, MOT or repairs online today. We are doing things a little differently these days, so please familiarise yourself with all safety measures currently in place prior to your visit.

If you are unable to attend a pre-booked appointment, please contact your Retailer as soon as possible to re-schedule. 

Roadside Assistance continues to be available to all customers with cars registered from 24 October 1998*, with a valid service from a Mercedes-Benz Retailer.  For further information click here.
