If you have money worries.

If you’re struggling to make the payments on your finance agreement, we have a range of options available including a payment holiday of up to 3 months. Please email us at with your agreement number or vehicle registration, including the reason you require financial support, and the level of support you need.

We’ll treat each case individually and work with you to help where we can, considering your individual circumstances. Our aim will always be to help you achieve the right outcome for your needs. Please title your email Coronavirus.

If your payment holiday ends soon.

You’ll note your monthly payment has increased following your payment holiday. That’s so that you can make up the payments you’ve deferred, over the remaining term of your agreement.

If you’re still in financial difficulty, you may be able to extend your payment holiday; though we may need to carry out a credit check first. However, if you can afford to return to regular repayments, or make partial payments, it is likely to be in your best interest to do so.

To discuss extending your payment holiday.

Depending on your situation, this further support could be on a full or partial basis and for between 1 and 3 months. We’ll ask you some questions about your income and how it’s been affected. When you’ve provided this information, we’ll let you know what we can do to help.

To start making your repayments again.

If you’ve cancelled your direct debit, you will need to make sure it has been reinstated before we take your next payment.

Whatever your circumstances, it’s very important that you tell us how things are going and whether or not you will be able to start making payments when your payment holiday ends. If you won’t be in a position to do so, please tell us. We’ll work with you to find the right way forward. However, if we do not hear from you, we will assume that you can and we will try to collect your new monthly payments.
