Motorsport
The performance brand AMG has been born on the racetrack - from the historical victory in Spa in 1971, successful involvement in the DTM, the two-time world championship title in the FIA GT to involvement in customer motorsport. The AMG brand has also been represented in Formula 1TM since the 2012 season with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport Team as the engine manufacturer of High Performance Powertrains.
