Salary Sacrifice
Employees can customise their vehicle and lease terms, with monthly payments deducted from their gross salary. This not only reduces personal tax and National Insurance contributions but also lowers employers' National Insurance costs - a forward-thinking solution for all.
Most schemes offer bundled services, including insurance and maintenance, to make it a hassle-free way to get a new car.
Speak to your employer to see if they offer a salary sacrifice scheme or contact us to find out more.

New Mercedes-Benz CLA wins two Parkers New Car Awards
Keith Adams, Editor of Parkers, said: “Electric cars have come of age, and the new Mercedes-Benz CLA 250+ shows just how far they’ve travelled. With sleek coupé styling, a futuristic and easy-to-use interior and more than 400 miles of real-world driving range, it sets a new benchmark for executive electric motoring.”
“Underneath its elegant bodywork is an advanced 800-volt electrical system shared with the EQXX concept, enabling ultra-rapid 320kW charging – enough to add hundreds of miles during a quick coffee stop. That makes it one of the most usable EVs on sale, ideal for high-mileage drivers who want both efficiency and convenience.”

Taxation Cost
Some employer-provided benefits, such as vehicles, are subject to tax. Known as Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) – or more commonly as ‘company car tax’. The tax will usually be deducted from your monthly salary so will reduce your take-home pay.
The company car tax is calculated on three factors:
• The vehicle’s emissions
• The vehicle’s P11D (the value including any additional extras but minus the non-taxable items)
• Your personal tax band
