Two ways to pay:

Who are Trustly?

We have partnered with a Swedish company named Trustly to facilitate payments via bank transfer. With a traditional bank transfer, you are required to enter the amount you wish to pay, the sort code and account number of who you want to pay and a reference number to locate the transaction. Trustly populates all this information for you to facilitate the transaction and reduce errors, meaning you know your money is reaching us safely and securely.

What security checks might I be asked for?

When you make a new payment via card, your bank will assess the risk level and may ask you to complete some security checks, known as 3D secure.

3D Secure is a security protocol that is designed to provide an additional layer of security for online credit card and debit card transactions.

How might I be asked to authorise a payment?

You may be asked to approve the payment in one or more of the following ways, each of which will be determined by your bank.

What should I do if my payment is refused?

What if I can’t rectify the issue with my bank?

If you are unable to pass the 3D secure authorisation, we can accept payments via a direct bank transfer.

Please let your Showroom know if this is how you wish to pay before transferring any money to us.
