If you press the Breakdown Management button or use the telephone book entry in your address book, your vehicle will connect you to our Customer Assistance Centre (CAC) and will automatically relay your location as well as all relevant information about the vehicle. Our staff will inform the nearest Mercedes-Benz Service24h immediately to deal with your breakdown – even if you can't say for sure exactly where your vehicle has broken down.
