Flexible Service Benefits

As part of our After Sales Programme when dropping your fleet car off for a service, you have four options you can choose from:

  • Drop & Go
    We'll fit in to your day without any fuss; drop off your Mercedes-Benz between 8-10am, and we will have it ready to collect from 4.30pm until close of business.
  • Lounge
    With our Lounge option, you can make the most of our facilities in a way that suits you. With fixed appointment times, reserved parking and a dedicated service manager as standard.
  • Drive
    We know that you can't always afford to be off the road when your car needs attention which is why we'll provide you with a Mercedes-Benz loan car whilst we work on yours during the day.
  • Collect
    Sometimes it's simply not convenient for you to bring your Mercedes-Benz into us. We can collect your car from your home or work, between 8-11am and deliver it back to you before 6pm

  • Free Collection and delivery
    You don't always have time to drop off and collect your car to and from the Mercedes-Benz Retailer. That's why we'll pick up your car and deliver it back* - free of charge.
  • Free fittings
    If any of your exterior bulbs of wiper blades need changing when you bring your car in for a service, we'll replace them with genuine Mercedes-Benz parts with no additional labour charge.
  • Free Visual Health Check
    Each time your Mercedes-Benz comes to us for service or repair work, we'll carry out a free visual health check which you can review† before authorising any further work.
  • Free wash & vacuum
    Nobody likes a dirty car, which is why we will ensure that your vehicle is washed and vaccummed, following any service or repair work, prior to being returned.

All 1link booking requests and queries will be responded to in a timely manner and, for complete transparency, no work will be undertaken without prior authorisation.

Our Roadside Assistance cover lets you drive with confidence wherever your business takes you throughout the UK and Europe. If you ever encounter a problem on your journey, a trained technician is only a call away from getting you back on the road.

Your complimenatry cover includes:

  • Technical breakdown
    If you cannot start your car or go on with your journey for technical, legal or safety reasons, we will come out to you to get you back on your way.
  • Accident assistance
    In the event of an accident, we will ensure you are back on the road as soon as possible.
  • Minor mishaps
    If you are unable to start your car due to a minor problem, such as lost keys or a puncture, rest assured we will have you on the move again as soon as possible.
  • Vandalism/attempted theft
    If vandalism or attempted theft leaves you unable to drive your car, we will be there to help.
