With Service A and Service B inspections, you and your all-electric Mercedes-Benz model can be reassured that all electric-specific vehicle components are maintained. This includes high-voltage battery conditioning check as well as inspection of components, cable and sockets. 

The Digital Service Report provides you with a secure record of the service work carried out. The complete data on the service work carried out is stored securely in the central Mercedes-Benz database for the life of the car. In Mercedes me, you, as the vehicle owner, can view your service data at all times. We always recommend that you keep the last service report, for instance, in case you want to sell the vehicle. If the report is lost, any Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer can provide information on all the vehicle’s service data and, if required, create a complete service history.
