Yes, however all suites have basic AV including a projector and screen, and all AV can be enhanced by one of our AV suppliers. If you would like to use your own AV we would require all relevant RAMS documents, as well as PAT testing documents for external and electrical equipment.
Can I have my company logo uploaded on the communal plasma screens?
Your Events Coordinator can advise where this can be displayed. Please send the logo to your Event Coordinator 7 days prior the event in a JPEG format 1920 x 1080.
Can I bring dogs into the building?
We cannot allow any dogs in the building other than our service area; we do have grassy areas adjacent to our building however we do not recommend bringing them, if possible, as our track can startle them.
Guide dogs are welcome throughout the building.
Can I bring my own food and drink in to MBW?
No, as we have our own eateries on site. We do however have an outside picnic area for our guests to use subject to warmer weather.
Do you have complimentary onsite parking?
Yes, over 300 spaces.
