Below you will find a variety of changes or requests you may like to make to your agreement, when getting in contact please reference the one you would like.

If you do not see what you are looking for, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. In order for us to help you with your requests, please make sure you have the following information from your finance agreement to hand:

•Agreement number
•Registration number
•Chassis number

Customer Services are open between 8.00am-7.30pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm Saturday and 11.00am-4.00pm Sunday. 

What can I request?

  • Amend your payment details: You need to let us know at least ten days in advance of your next payment date so that we have enough time to change your bank details. This will help you avoid penalty charges from your bank.
  • Changes to your details:If your business changes its name or moves location, you need to let us know. So that we can keep you up to date with your finance agreement.
  • Change of registration: You need to let us know right away if you have changed your registration plates, so that we can update our records. This will help us provide a faster, more efficient service when you need assistance in the future.
  • Add a contact to your agreement: If you want to authorise another person to speak or write to us on your behalf regarding your finance agreement.
  • Annual VAT Invoice request: If you would like your VAT invoice for the coming year, you can complete a request form and we will post your invoice to you.
  • Statement request: You might find it useful to see a summary of your accounts.
  • Mileage increase request: Let us know by completing a mileage increase request, we'll then send a quote for you to sign. Once this is returned we will amend your agreement. Please note, there is a £50+ VAT administration charge for an increase request.
  • Clearance request: If you want to know if the finance is clear on your vehicle; please get in touch. We will confirm whether this has been paid in full or tell you how much needs to be paid in order to clear the finance agreement.
