It stands to reason that no one knows more about your car than your Mercedes-Benz Retailer. Our UK-wide network has the specialist skills and expertise to look after all your maintenance needs. They’re not just there for car servicing but also for MOT tests, repairs and diagnostics.

The highest standard of servicing.

Depending on the age or mileage of your Mercedes-Benz, your Retailer will carry out an ‘A’ or a more comprehensive ‘B’ service. Either way, they only change parts when they’re scheduled for replacement and always give you written confirmation of the work carried out.

What’s included in your service?

When you receive a quotation for a service, it will be made up of two parts:

1. Routine Maintenance. This includes a full inspection and those items needed at every service such as oil/filter change. These vary depending on the ‘A’ or ’B’ schedule, with ‘B’ involving extra routine maintenance elements such as a brake test, headlamp alignment and replacement of key fob battery.

2. Recommended Additional Items. These are ‘triggered’ based on your vehicle’s age and mileage and are there to make sure your car performs as our engineers intended. You need these items in order to follow our Mercedes-Benz service schedule. This will make sure you continue or reinstate your Roadside Assistance cover and are still covered by the Perforation and Corrosion warranty (for up to 30 years).

If you’re a Service Care customer your service will automatically include Routine Maintenance and Recommended Additional Items.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Pre-service check. When you drop-off or we collect your car we'll check out any problems you may have noticed.
  • Mercedes-Benz trained technicians. Comprehensive training keeps our technicians up-to-date with the skills they need to work on your car.
  • Free service measure updates. If Mercedes-Benz has introduced updates to your car, your Retailer will carry them out for you free of charge.
  • Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts^. Because your Retailer uses Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts you can rest assured that everything fits perfectly; has a two year European-wide warranty; and will give you the highest levels of vehicle performance and safety.
  • Complimentary Roadside Assistance. When your Mercedes-Benz service is carried out at a Retailer, and completed to our manufacturer’s guidelines, we’ll renew your free Roadside Assistance cover until the next service is due*.
  • Up-to-date Mercedes-Benz service record. When a Retailer services your car you’ll maintain your Mercedes-Benz service record. This may mean a better price when you come to sell or trade it in.
  • Mercedes-Benz car clean. When you drive away your Mercedes-Benz after its service you’ll find we’ve given it a thorough clean inside and out.
  • Motor Industry Code of Practice for service and repair. Every Mercedes-Benz Retailer works to this code of practice, which makes sure you get fair services and transparent costs.
  • Customer care. As a Mercedes-Benz customer you expect the very best service. That’s why we regularly measure our Retailers through customer satisfaction surveys, helping us to provide a genuinely first class experience.
