But if you do, you won’t be disappointed. Dedicated to keeping the ‘Spirit of Brooklands’ alive, the museum takes visitors on a captivating journey through the glory days of motoring and aviation. In the Campbell Shed you can discover the history of the Brooklands Circuit, and see some of the legendary cars that raced there. The Grand Prix Exhibition features Formula One cars driven by racing heroes such as Senna and Hakinnen. And the museum’s hangars house over 30 historic aircraft, including the ‘R for Robert’ WWII Wellington bomber, salvaged from Loch Ness.
